What insurance do you accept?
We accept all major insurance plans, Medicare, and self-pay. Our billing team confirms your specific plan before scheduling.
How does a physician get credentialed here?
Physicians complete our credentialing packet and email it to [email protected]. Complete applications are typically reviewed by the Credentials Committee within 30–45 days. We support both full credentialing for ongoing case volume and single-case/temporary privileges for one-off cases. The For Physicians page details what’s required.
Who provides anesthesia?
Every case at DOSC is staffed by a credentialed anesthesia provider — board-certified anesthesiologists and/or CRNAs — matched to the procedure and patient acuity. Anesthesia providers are credentialed through the same Medical Staff process as surgeons.
